1. What ILikeItSweet is

ILikeItSweet gives independent sellers a single order link — a checkout for the things you already sell on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, WhatsApp and elsewhere. Buyers tap your link, see your items, and place an order that comes straight to you.

3. Disputes and account actions

Any dispute over goods, quality, delivery, or payment is between the buyer and the seller. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, but because we never hold or move the money, we cannot reverse, refund, or recover any payment.

4. Deposits

• A seller may request a deposit of up to 30% of the order up front, with the balance due at pickup or delivery.
• A deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels.
• A deposit is refunded by the seller if the seller cancels the order.

5. Seller responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your business, including:

• Any business licensing and permits your activity requires.
• Food-handling and food-safety requirements where they apply to what you sell.
• Collecting and remitting any taxes on your sales.
• The legality, safety, accuracy, and quality of everything you list, and fulfilling orders as described.

6. Pricing

• Free forever for up to 5 orders per calendar month — no card required.
• Above 5 orders in a calendar month, a flat $4.99 CAD per month, with no per-order commission.
• New sellers get a 14-day free trial of the paid features, with no card required to start.
• Fees already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires, and we don't pro-rate partial months. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, there are no cancellation fees, and your order link stays live on the free tier (up to 5 orders per calendar month) unless you close your account.

8. Prohibited items and conduct

You must not list or sell:

• Illegal goods of any kind;
• Weapons;
• Counterfeit or stolen items;
• Anything that requires a licence or permit that you do not hold.

You also must not use the platform to defraud or deceive anyone, run scams, harass others, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the security of the service. We use automated checks to flag suspected fraud and may suspend accounts involved in it.

9. Your content

Your listings, photos, and business name remain yours. You grant Capricorner a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to operate ILikeItSweet (for example, showing your items to buyers on your order link). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

10. Service "as is"

We work to keep ILikeItSweet running but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capricorner Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Capricorner Inc. harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your listings, your sales, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using ILikeItSweet and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use ILikeItSweet after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Alberta.
